Use of This/That/These/Those in Hindi -This/That/These/Those का प्रयोग :
दोस्तों इस पोस्ट के माध्यम से, मैं आप लोगों को Basic English सीखने का प्रयास कर रहा हूं। बेसिक इंग्लिश सीखने का आज हमारा छठवां दिन होगा जिसमें हम देखेंगे Use of This/That/These/Those in Hindi को।
इस पोस्ट में, मैं आपको Structure, Example के द्वारा Use of Demonstrative Pronouns/Adjectives: This/That/These/Those का प्रयोग को समझायेंगे। साथ ही साथ कुछ Exercise के माध्यम से भी प्रश्न दिए जाएंगे जिसे आप स्वयं करेंगे।

Use of This/That/These/Those
This,That,These तथा Those ‘Demonstrative’ Pronouns/Demonstrative Adjectives हैं ।
This (यह) और That (वह) Singular Number (एक वचन) हैं। इनके साथ Singular Noun तथा Singular verb प्रयोग होते हैं।
This से निकटता तथा That से दूरी का बोध होता है।
These (ये / ये सब) तथा Those (वे/ वे सब) Plural Number (बहुवचन) हैं। इनके साथ Plural Noun तथा Plural verb प्रयोग होता है।
These से निकटता तथा Those से दूरी का बोध होता है।
EXAMPLES
1. यह एक तोता है।
This is a parrot.
2. वह एक कबूतर है।
That is a pigeon.
3. ये खरहा के बच्चे हैं।
These are leverets.
4. वे घोड़े हैं।
Those are horses.
5. वे सब वकरियाँ है।
Those are she goats.
Note : ध्यान रखें कि That और Those से दूरी का बोध होता है। वह एक कबूतर है का अनुवाद ‘That is a pigeon’ और वे घोड़े हैं का अनुवाद ‘Those are horses’ तव होगा जब हमें ‘कबूतर’ और ‘घोड़े’ की तरफ इशारा करते हुए उन्हें निर्देशित करना हो ।
वह रोहित है का अनुवाद ‘He is Rohit / That is Rohit’ होगा, किन्तु That is Rohit तब होगा जब ‘रोहित की तरफ इशारा करते हुए उसे निर्देशित करना हो।
Affirmative Sentences: Using ‘This, That, These, Those’
1. यह एक मेढ़क है।
This is a frog.
2. ये केकड़े हैं।
These are crabs.
3. वे कछुए हैं।
Those are tortoises.
4. यह साँप दयालु है।
This snake is kind.
5. वह साँप निर्दयी है।
That snake is cruel.
6. यह बिच्छू आशावादी है।
This scorpian is optimist.
7. वह बिच्छू निराशावादी है।
That scorpian is pessimist.
8. वे गिरगिट साहसी थे।
Those chameleans were courageous.
9. ये गिलहरी शाकाहारी हैं।
Those squirrels are vegetarian.
10. वे बत्तख के बच्चे हैं।
Those are ducklings.
11. ये हंस के बच्चे हैं।
These are signets.
12. यह बाज शरारती है।
This falcon is wicked.
13. वह बुल-बुल नटखट है।
That nightingale is naughty.
14. ये मुर्गी के बच्चे मूर्ख हैं।
These chickens are foolish.
15. वे चील के बच्चे चतुर हैं।
Those eaglets are clever.
Negative Sentences: Using ‘This, That, These, Those’
1. यह सारस साहसी नहीं है।
This crane is not courageous.
2 वह तीतर तेज नहीं है।
That partridge is not intelligent,
3. वे उल्लू के बच्चे नहीं हैं।
Those are not owlets.
4. ये खरगोश नहीं हैं।
These are not rabbits.
5. यह शिकारी कुत्ता नहीं है।
This is not a hound.
Interrogative Sentences: Using ‘This, That, These, Those’
1. क्या यह मछली का बच्चा है ?
Is this a minnow?
2 क्या वे मेढ़क के बच्चे हैं ?
Are those tadpoles?
3. क्या वह खरहा का बच्चा है ?
Is this a leveret ?
4. क्या ये भेड़ के बच्चे हैं ?
Are these lambs?
5. क्या यह हाथी हठी है ?
Is this elephant obstinate ?

1. क्या यह वनमानुष नहीं हैं ?

2 क्या वह बकरी दोषी नहीं है ?
